KDF Jem'Hadar can't claim EMH from Phoenix Prize Pack

My KDF aligned JH can't claim the EMH from the Phoenix box. I do not currently have an EMH, have plenty of open DOFF roster slots and have the Rare Phoenix token to claim it, however, the line is greyed out. Every single other item in the Rare tab can be purchased except for the EMH.

    Boff Roster. Did you claim the Medical Pack previously on any of your Characters because that would have given an Account Unlock for the EMH?

    No, have never grabbed the EMH on this account. But now that I think about it, I'll just run the danged Delta quad mission and grab the EMH from there.

    Just a heads-up, the EMH from "All That Glitters" mission in the Delta arc is a Duty Officer, not a Bridge Officer.

    The EMH from the Phoenix Box is a Bridge Officer, if you are having trouble trying to get that, make sure you do not already have the EMF in your candidate roster and an open boff slot.

    The KDF version of the EMH boff is the same one from Mudd's Market, the recently given out Medical Pack and the Phoenix box, so if you have any of them, you cannot get it from the Phoenix box.

    Doh, reading comprehension is essential. Made the idiotic assumption it was the doff because I just skipped the info text. Yes, my boff slots are full and thus why it is greyed out. Close this thread as I'm an idiot.
