Wrong tier 6 Promotional ship choice pack item given.

I got a t6 promotional ship pack from buying and opening R&D packs at around 9:30 am est. i opened it and selected 23rd century temporal heavy dreadnaught cruiser, or tried to, but the game gave me the ship below it on the list which is the 23rd century ship pack, which I had no idea what that was so i tried to open it and it was a light cruiser. No, not what I tried to select which was the Temporal heavy dreadnaught cruiser (universe class)
Is there a way to correct this? I can post the video capture the ps4 has of my gameplay if it helps? Do i need customer support? How do I reach them?
I cant find any way to open a ticket for this.
