Started newest Event on PS4. Turned in my 14 legacy tokens, ran the event for first-day bonus of 8k dil. Noticed on another toon that countdown hadn't started for cooldown, thought maybe it didn't register my first play. So ran TFO on that toon. Not only did countdown not initiate for cooldown, I noticed I got 9k dil, and that 10k was primed to be played for.

Can anyone from Cryptic or anyone part of the dev team please confirm whether this is intentional or if this is a bug? I'd hope it's a special gift to us, but I don't want to presume and then get in trouble and/or banned for exploitation.

Side note: The Campaign total didn't change--it's still only the 50 points earned instead of 100 like it could have inadvertently been. Seems like this is just affecting the dilithium bonus.



Additional SIDE NOTE: Apparently this may just be a display bug in the Event screen--players are saying they're only getting the 8k, not the additional 9k or 10k. Either way, we just want to clarify. We don't want to be banned/punished for just playing the game :(



Also, please don't punish those who noticed it after the 9k or even 10k bonuses--we're reporting this in good faith!

    This appears to be happening on Xbox as well.

    Urgh. If it's a bug, fine--whatever. I just really, really don't want my account suspended if I accidentally, due to a bug I wasn't aware of or can't control, got more of an award than what the game intended.

    Guys, I´m having in-game mail issues, I can send simple text via mail but game wont let me send items. It´s like that for 2 days. I would create a new thread but forum wont let me since I´m new. Can anyone help? (I deleted all my mails so mailbox is emty)

    Which mail console are you trying to use, as in where (ESD, Qo'onos, DS9, etc)?

    I tried nearly everywhere. ESD, DS9, Nimbus, you pick it. No luck.

    I noticed the scaling dilithium award on Tuesday and it continued weds but first play on Thursday an actual dil bonus was not awarded, instead I rec'd a Dilithium Reward Box but it does not open and no more daily rewards are being paid, only these boxes

    I've seen elsewhere others mention that... I have yet to, in any Event at all, get that box. I've been getting random amounts of dilithium, though, when I run the event daily. It's a weird, strange little bug... The only thing I'm definitely getting is points toward the Campaign (50 every day, like we're supposed to).

    So this isn't just me it's not showing up that I completed the daily mission progress I've done the mission five times

    Completed 14/14 and collected the reward swapped to a different character and after 2 runs no bonus dilithium.

    Different bug from the last cockup that messed up the bonus dil so looks like they did a "fix" with the usual lacking QA.
