Hero Coalition Charity Promotion - Fleet Ship Module not working

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I donated to charity and got the tier 2 which comes with 2 science ships and a fleet module. Only problem I have is when I claimed the Fleet Ship Module, it is not recognized by the in-game ship vendor. I have 1 and it says I have 0. Anyone else having this problem?

    Ues, I am having this problem. Tried changing characters, changing instances, and quitting and relogging. The module is successfully claimed on once character, but the shipyard says I have no fleet modules.

    yep it seems that all ppl who bought this charity pack are having the same issue. Cryptic sort it out please!

    I tryed to get a fleet ship but i cant use it since it says zero and i have it in bags.

    PlayStation players are still getting a message that we need to connect our PS4 accounts to Arc, even though they’re already connected....

    I'll add my name to the list. PC got this issue fixed already.
