Claiming T5 ships on a new character

Is anyone else have an issue while trying to claim one that you've purchased previously. All of mine tell me I need to complete the tutorial first. Problem is I went through the tutorial already.

    T6 ships level with you not T5 ships. To use a T5 ship you need to be at least level 40 or 50 in some cases.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles
