Delta and Temporal recruits unable to complete objectives due to missions no longer available

Years ago I created both a delta recruit and a temporal recruit character, then I stopped playing STO for some time. Recently, I decided to go back and check out the new content as well as get my characters leveled up. I noticed that the Breen, Wasteland, and Specter story arcs were removed from the cross-faction episodes (Wasteland I believe is still a part of the Romulan storyline). However, there are a few missions that the recruits had to access in order to complete their special objectives. I know that if I were to team up and play the mission with someone who can replay it, I can get the mission saved in the "available" tab, but it isn't guaranteed I can find someone who can help, or if the missions will even save or the objectives will even show up in the level (because someone else is hosting the mission).

The Missions are in the Availible Tab instead. You must have a Character on the Account at Level 65 for your Recruits to see them at all.

They will also be there if your Recruit played them in the past. If you have not played them before on your Recruit Characters, each of those 'Arcs' will force you to complete each Mission in the 'Arc' before you see the next.

My recruits haven't played all of them in the past. I just got my delta recruit to level 65, and I had another older character at level 65 before. The older character played thru all the old missions and could replay them, however my delta recruit can only replay Wasteland because I recently completed it after starting the first mission before it was removed (or it's still part of the Romulan story). I have not completed every mission in order with the recruit, my character got to level 65 thru some xp boosts from First Contact day or something.
