Selling to NPC store is broken after 5/7/20 update

None of my characters are able to sell to any of the NPC stores after the 5/7/20 update. NPC stores at ESD, DS9, and Drozana all have this problem. I haven't tried any other places. But this looks to be affecting all NPC stores.
