I had a similar issue that when I logged in after the update, the brand new event was sharing a cooldown with the old FCD event. It was only 11 minutes so I waited. Afterwards I queued for both FCD reenactment and the ground Pavo mission. FCD popped first so I figured I would do that to get my dilithium first. Got done, and jumped in Peril over Pavo. Again, I didn't get any progress advancement for the new event because it showed the event already on cooldown because of the FCD reenactment. I also noticed that the FCD event was gone from the events tab, even though it was there when I started Peril over Pavo.
Since the event launched, selling to npc stores either does not appear or lags terribly. I sold a few things and I’m not even sure if they were the right ones.
Then, just went to buy a fleet console and what I asked to buy and what it gave me are two different things (I think because the item description wasn’t changing). So there goes 50k fleet credits.
I know this deserves a new thread but I’m a new account.

This is happening in most menus. Working on the trouble tickets for all of these. Suggest sending in a ticket yourself. Hopefully the more submitted the quicker they fix it.
Side note: until it's fixed, view details of the item and it will populate the info of the item you have selected. Verify its the right one before you back out. You'll notice the main description behind this sub menu will change to match what you actually have selected.

Unless there is a secret compartment built in to my captains chair hiding a clip board with a bug report ticket attached, I don't think there is a way to directly submit a ticket from the xbox game interface.
Hit support at the top of the page. If you're using a mobile you may have to switch to desktop view in order to have this option. I use an android so I don't know what the iPhone equivalent is. Majority of the time they will respond and tell you to also make a thread here depending on what the issue is.
