Temporal Reckoning -Bugged Or just silly?

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Xbox 1- get to just the ISS Enterprise, yet it comes nowhere near me nor my fleet.
I go to the green market area as suggested/required. Nothing happens. Been a half hour so far to see what happens.

Seems a pretty insane level to be given this level of 'cant don't is there a bug that stops this being fun, I mean being completed? Ruining the game now yet I dont want to drop the level.

Please help.

    The same problem exists on PC since November, the ISS Enterprise evades at Max Full Impulse and cannot be caught no matter what you can do. We have been requesting a fix now for going on 6 months.

    Cheers bud.

    I had a look on YouTube etc to see if there was a fix but sadly no. Bit of a pity as I spent 20 mins plus trying to find a way to do the mission lol

    I got to that point two weeks ago and could not attack it. The NPC ships got a few shots in and got it down to 98% then it would fly off and go back to 100%. I logged out and the next day after I logged back in, I started the Mission where I left off. I had to kill three trash mobs again but the ISS was targetable. Got it down to the point that Leeta threw in the towel and left. Completed the Mission.

    That may not always work but it did for me
