Daily bonus not giving bonus dilithium

So I finished the Season Event: First Contact Day (actually purchased with ZEN to complete).
It says Daily Bonus Unlocked, and says reward of 10,000 dilithium yesterday and 11,000 dilithum today... but it only gave 9,000.

Is this a known bug, or am I missing something?

    It's a typo, it starts the bonus at 8k.

    It's an issue. I have completed the bonus 3 times and have received 8k every time. Yes, the first time gave me the correct amount because it starts at 8k. But for the 9k and 10k bonus, it only gave me 8k.

    Likewise here. It said I was supposed to get 14k dilithium today, and I got only the 1,500 for the mission's first time through on the account plus 8,000 bonus.

    This still hasn't been fixed with the latest patch (Apr 16), and I am getting no response from support.

    I was supposed to get 16,000 ... but only got 9,000

    [4/11] 11,000 - missing 2,000
    [4/12] 12,000 - missing 3,000
    [4/13] 13,000 - missing 4,000
    [4/14] 14,000 - missing 5,000
    [4/15] 15,000 - missing 6,000
    [4/16] 16,000 - missing 7,000
    [4/17] 17,000 - missing 8,000
    [4/18] 18,000 - missing 9,000
    [4/19] 19,000 - missing 10,000
    [4/20] 20,000 - missing 11,000
    [4/21] 21,000 - missing 12,000
    [4/22] 22,000 - missing 13,000
    [4/23] 23,000 - missing 14,000
    [4/24] 24,000 - missing 15,000

    That is total of 119,000 ore (or 310 ZEN on Dilithium Exchange).... Please fix this

    im having the same issue. everytime i finish it only awards 8000 and the usual 480. im already at 11.000 per eventpage, but every day its only 8000 rewarded.

    If devs are reading this, I'll attach screenshots of my 3 days where I only received 8k instead of 9k, 10k, and 11k. (NOTE: The timer countdown previews the next day, so 10k is really 9k, 11k is really 10k, and 12k is really 11k for each actual day.)

    These are all happening on the Rocket Build queue so far. I've yet to try it on the Patrol.2020-04-18%20(9).png

    These may not be in order, but what should matter is the Reward "chat channel," the Daily Bonus notation, and what my inventory shows in 2 pics (forgot to show it on today's run).

    So far, I've lost 6,000 Dilithium (Lost 1k on the 9k, 2k on the 10k, and 3k on the 11k).

    Having the same problem here. Now at 4 days missing bonus for a total of 10,000 ore missing.

    Same here. Fourth day of only getting the base amount.

    I finished the main 'Project' on 4/15 and starting running the Bonus that day. The Event UI has progressed by +1000 each day so that before I ran it last night it indicated 12,000. However, each day I have been receiving the same amount - 23,000. That is what is reported in the fly-by and in my Unrefined Inventory. That plus the normal TFO Dilithium Reward of 480.

    There is definitely a stickiness to the Dilithium Bonus, though in my case it is in my favor.

    I'm currently on day 4 of receiving Dilithium and I'm still stuck at 8k per day.

    6th day and dilithium bonus is still stuck at 8k per day. Event is almost over and no fix or acknowledgement?

    At this point you can likely kiss the extra dil goodbye, with only 2 days left, I doubt they will fix it now.

    That's because they don't respond in most cases. Don't think they are ignoring you, it's they way they operate.....otherwise no work would get done if they responded to everything.

    There is an issue currently affecting the First Contact Day event on all platforms - completing bonus events will only grant 8,000 Dilithium each time, instead of increasing. We are looking into a fix, but it may not be until next maintenance.

    @ltminns Good news. It was when the event ended. They're extending it for both PC and console.

    Is that good news? Does it mean Winter part 2 will get pushed back another week? When will get back to the 1000 Lobi grind?

    This event at least has a new patrol, so I guess that is good. I do like the Bozeman content!
