Unable to reclaim 5th Anniversary Ship

I have been away from the game for about 3 years. Came back and started playing again. Wanted to redeem Kobali Cruiser for main character (selgarde) and to get the console on it. Redeem section shows kobali cruiser as one you can get again, if you have it unlocked on another character, but grayed out for me. I have the cruiser unlocked, and active, on character Somek, and I remember getting it about 5 years ago via the anniversary event. The console (Console - Universal - Regenerative Integrity Field) completes the set for another set of ships I paid a fair amount of Zen for, and I would like to get access to both the T6 ship and the console, as I should be able to according to the game requirement.

We then got the 7th Anniversary event in March of 2017 but with the reward of the 6th Anniversary ship.
From 8th Anniversary onward, the reward have been the same on PC and Consoles.
