Hey, there is an issue on both console versions of Star Trek Online. I would really like to see it changed.
I am not sure if this is intentional or not, but currently on consoles, captains who have not played the "Cold War" and "Lost Dominion" story arcs cannot play those missions unless they join the party of someone else who has already played them. The Star Trek Online wiki says that after the missions are played that way, they are available to be replayed. However I have played a couple of missions in the "Lost Dominion" story arc with someone who already has them and so far I have not been given the ability to replay them. There are also some missing walls we found in the mission "Facility 4028", allowing players to fall right outside of the map. I fear that this is also the case for the "Spectres" story arc as I cannot find it in the "incoming hails" tab, though the Wiki makes no mention of this.
If this is intentional for whatever reason, could Cryptic at least add items only obtainable from those missions such as the CRM 200 to the phoenix prize pack? Getting them that way would not be the same as getting them from a cool side adventure, but then at least new players could still easily obtain them.

on pc, new captains can do "galaxy at large" mission at lvl 65 and do mission arcs like the 2800, Breen and the spectres story arc.
after doing the GaL mission, you can get the story arc missions from the same npc as were you got GaL.
Also when coming back after 2 years not playing STO, spending $30 and getting hit immediately with a 7 day account probation.
This shows very little respect from cryptic towards their playerbase and, this is another reason to not spend any single cent on this game.
by doing the incomming hails Cold War, Lost Dominion, Spectres & Wastelands they will open up the mission chains
