in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I completed the First Contact Event and was given a AFK Penalty for Not participating. I finished in 1st or 2nd in distance flown. WTF!!!???

    Edit: just realized that I was on PC, and not on PS.

    same happened here, I guess the chat was just a ruse to lull me into feeling safe:

    I'm convinced that wasn't what you've intended to happen, but it did happen. I just recently returned to the game, but those things are what makes an awesome game feel like it's bad. Personally, I'd rather have someone afking the game get rewards than me participating getting none because you guys can't do a working afk-penalty system. rather disappointed right now.

    Don't feel bad, I continue to finish last in the damn thing. Tonight I only ended up with 2 parts because every pile I checked was junk after junk. Everyone else finds all their parts before I can hardly find one. Obviously its rigged or there is some secret I don't know about.
