Initial DoFFs.

I did not recieve my initial cadre of duty officers. The screen came up to recieve the quest from the dude ( klingon side) I clicked accept but never actually got the quest and I went and talked to the DoFF guy at the academy but still recieved none. I googled it to see if anyone else has had this problem and apparently this has been going on for years and is still a widespread problem with ZERO word from the devs on a fix. I want my DoFFs please. Thank you . I still love this game.

    And just hit lvl 11 with a new Fed and yet again I didnt get my initial cadre of DoFFs. This is getting extremely frustrating espeically since the devs dont really seem to care.
