While playing today. All I could hear was some idiots doing sound effects with their own voices. It was not amusing it was just annoying after continuing to hear it all day.
You can turn it off, just click the "Artisanal Audio" button.
Audio options on Console. Doesn't have the UI like on PC.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
Wasn’t paying attention and thought it was someone i had been force teamed up with in the Gamma Quadrant queues.
Your pain runs deep.
Let us explore it... together. Each man hides a secret pain. It must be exposed and reckoned with. It must be dragged from the darkness and forced into the light. Share your pain. Share your pain with me... and gain strength from the sharing.
Didn't bother me. I have Earphones plugged in and the sound completely muted all the time.
'But to be logical is not to be right', and 'nothing' on God's earth could ever 'make it' right!'

'As l speak now, the words are forming in my head.
l don't know.
l really don't know what l'm about to say, except l have a feeling about it.
That l must repeat the words that come without my knowledge.'
I wish that you could also hide the icon so its 1 less piece of clutter on the screen but its built into low priority messages which you cannot hide as this is also part of the interact feature for disabling consoles talking to NPC's I believe?
Hello rubber banding my old friend, time to bounce around the battlezone again, where are all my bug reports going?, out of love with this game I am falling, As Cryptic fail to acknowledge a problem exists, Shakes an angry fist, And from Support all I'm hearing are the sounds of silence.
It took me a couple of minutes to figure out what was going on. I was in the Klingon shipyard, and every time I did something, I kept getting a really weird sound from my speakers. I was really confused.
Strangely, the artisanal button didn't appear yet for some time, so I was really just confused.
Once I figured out what was going on and remembered the date, the button showed up, and I turned it off. It was really annoying, but not in a horrible way.

The OP makes me wonder if his thread is supposed to be a Aprils fool’s day prank in itself. If so… good one.
If not so my best advice is to learn to play the game a bit faster and tend to forums a bit slower. Works wonders not to look "stupid annoying" yourself, OP.
