Bug - Prevailing Bolstered Impulse Engines and Gravity Well

The Prevailing Bolstered Impulse Engines from the Competitive Reputation has a special ability called "Overcharge". In the tooltip, it states that:

Upon activating Control or Drain Bridge Officer abilities:
* +350% Flight Speed for 5 sec
* +350% Flight Turn Rate for 5 sec
* +15 Defense Rating for 5 sec
* +10% Increased recharge speed on Science Bridge Officer powers for 10 secs

However, Gravity Well DOES NOT activate this Overcharge ability.

Seems like a bug to me.

    I already reported this bug months ago, and no change; I hope that this time, the bug will be taken into account.

    Hope so too. Imagine spending so much time and effort and resources to craft that thing and then you find out it does not completely work as advertised.
