Universal Endeavors Not Clearing Properly

When you complete a Universal Endeavor, it'll give you the credit for it, but as soon as you change maps, it'll re-add the mission, fail the new duplicate, and erase. This will reoccur every single time you change maps, and it inhibits tracking missions after clearing the endeavor.

    I'm having same problem, I did a universal endeavour " Mycerial Realm " it say's its been completed and gave reward, however every hr or so for past 2 day it says the Mission was failed then underneath Mission completed. In - game support ticket option does not work either. It took a good day and half for a new Universal Endeavour to refresh as well, and the new Endeavour was only after i Uninstalled and re installed due to game crashing every time i load certain TFO's.

    im on console and i have issues using reroll tokens with the daily endeavors so its not just a issue for you guys on PC its also on console not the same but similar in terms of it relating to the endeavors in general

    Yep, the 3 Discovery Patrols for the Universal were completed Friday Night. All through Saturday on map transitions the Chat Flyup reported failure and dropping and adding of that Endeavor.

    Probably has to do with the UI Performance Enhancement change they made on Thursday which is probably the cause for the aggregate numbers being reported in the Chat Flyup instead of what was actually looted/awarded/purchased.
