Spectres missions missing on kdf delta recruit

A couple of months ago I started playing my kdf delta recruit that I made the last time the event was up again.

For some strange reason I can't find the spectres story missions. They are not in the available missions tab, I haven't accepted any of them and I am pretty sure I haven't gotten a communication so that I can accept that mission.

Haven't checked al my other toons but I am pretty sure that my kdf delta recruit is the only char where ive got the problem, which is double annoying because of some delta recruit rewards being bound up on completing those missions.

    You need to reach level 65 and have completed "The Galaxy at Large".

    Just a note: Also don't forget visiting Donatu near K7 if not getting a popup. This should lead eventually, IIRC, to skirmishes if all goes right. I don't know if something else is needed, but this note might be.
