Sierra 2 Female uniform bug

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The option for a badge (combadge, etc.) is missing from the Sierra 2 tunic. This seems to affect female characters only at this time,

    Clarification, it is the Sierra 2 Open uniform tunic that has this problem.

    Still not fixed. No mention in the update notes. I wonder if anyone ever read this?
