M'chla fleet pilot BOP not allow pilot boff abilities

Today, I obtained the fleet M'chla. In the tactical/pilot commander slot, all of my pilot abilities are marked "ability not allowed in this slot" and only have the option to slot tactical abilities. This is the same boff I run pilot abilities on my other builds. Additionally, the Lt universal/pilot will allow me to slot pilot abilities there. So, I'm stumped at this point

    Figured out a fix. I switched my Boff's primary specialization to something else and back to pilot and now it works.
