T6 ship coupon buyout issue

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
Just Paid what was left for the buyout for a T6 coupon from the second chance menu, paid for but not received the coupon. Please help

    The same exact thing happened to me. If I don't get the coupon I better get the 1500 zen I spent back.

    I managed to open ticket for this issue and was told to click on the "claim button" under the Events Tab.

    1. The Claim button under "Events" is not there, so this is not an option.
    2. When I look in the C-Store the buy option is gone or missing; i think because it paid for it.
    3. Zen was deducted from account for the purchase
    4. Under the event the progress does not show completed, meaning the claim button will not appear.
    5. So what are you suppose to do when you buy something and you don't get it the T6 Coupon.

    Depending on how old the event was, it may be under the old Reputation/Event tab.

    N/M for confirmation the Claim button you need *is* in the reputation events screen

    I didn't find any claim button in the reputation event screen spent over 2800 zen to claim t6 ship.

    Hi, i have the same problem:
    I recently bought the T6 Coupon buyout token ( not the T6 / 1000 LOBI one, the previous one), but i see no coupon to be found nor can i find the reclaim button to get that coupon from the Event page, is there a way to receive what i bought and not let my Zen go to waste? or is the tokenb somewhere specific i can get it?

    It's where it used to count your progress. If you go to your reputation page, under the list of all the reps, it's at the bottom. That's where you have to claim it. Took me a while, but found it in the end. Hope this helps

    Again there is no event tab at the bottom of my rep page it just does not exist getting really frustrated with this.
