Ship customizing wants me to pay Zen for things I already own

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I'm trying to customise a Fleet Phantom, and when I click randomize, it wants me to pay 2.5K Zen, but doesn't show me why. When randomize rolls an Eclipse or Scryer part, it wants 5.5K, which I understand because I don't have either of those.

    You should be able to check off Unowned Parts in the ship customizer unless that is not an option?

    Not in the ship customiser. Only uniforms. And anyway it's charging me to use parts I already own.
