Holographic (Bridge) Officers purchased from Zen Store not showing up on Bridge

I just purchased a bunch of Holographic Bridge Officers from Mudd's Market in the Zen Store: Procuded EMH Bridge Officer (aka Doctor (Hologram)), Procured Geordi La Forge Holo Bridge Officer (Geordi La Forge (Hologram), Procured Holo Enterprise Crew (TOS Holograms) hoping to use them on my bridges and away missions.
They show up fine on ground missions when they are on the away team, but none of them show up on the bridge when assigned to their ship stations. Generic bridge officers are displayed in their stead.
Is there a way to get them to work? If not, could this please be fixed so these expensive bridge officers can be properly used and displayed on the bridge, which their name suggests?

    There are some bridges where your bridge officers do not show up at all. I have seen this with normal BOFFs as well as Holograms.

    As I understand it, assigning them to bridge stations isn't what allows them to appear on the bridge.
    You need to assign them as Department Heads in the Duty Officer menus for them to appear.
    Of course, I may be wrong...

    I'm aware. I'm using bridges where bridge officers do show up, however, like the Origin bridge, Galaxy (2368) Bridge (the TNG Enterprise bridge) or the Constitution 2267 bridge (TOS Enterprise Bridge), the latter two also from the Zen Store.
    Regular bridge officers show up fine on any of these bridges, but the Holographic/Photonic ones like Geordi La Forge, Doctor from Voyager or the Classic Enterprise Crew I bought from the Zen Store don't and are replaced by generic/template bridge officers instead. This seems to be a severe bug, since bridge officers are supposed to appear on the bridge.
    How can they sell bugged things on the Zen Store? One would think they would make sure these things work as intended.

    No, it's Ship Stations, Away Team and Small craft station slots that make your assigned bridge officers appear on the bridge (some bridges have limited appearance slots, though).
