Uneasy Allies Mission Bug

Hi i have encountered a bug with the uneasy allies quest in the Iconian war story arc that has stopped me from progressing any further in the mission than encountering the swarmers. There is a piece of scenery that stops you from being able to access the console needed to lower the force field and follow Taris.
