How to fix Master Keys Account bound 7 days

Recently purchased 100 Master Keys from zen store via Steam.
40 out of 100 keys turned out to be account bound 7 days.
How do I resolve this?

A few questions about this:
-How long do I have to wait before I can safely spend my zen without any items bought getting stuck in limbo.
-How often do items get locked?
-Why is it random? (40 out of 100 keys got locked)
-Why is there no warning that an item I buy will get locked?

    I don't think there's anything can be done except waiting 7 days for them to become unbound.

    Hmm extremely vexing.
    One would think they would have better methods of security considering how badly they want our money.
    If they wont help/fix it, I'll be very disinclined to spend more. May not mean much to them, but Im sure my wallet will be happy.
