Very Cold In Space Disappearing from characters' skill lists

I had multiple copies of Very Cold In Space on characters and I discovered it has vanished from my skill lists. I trained a new science power on a BOFF and accidentally selected the power. When I went to change back I discovered that the BOFF had lost all 3 levels of Very Cold in Space from their skill list. I checked a different character and it is missing on that character also. It still shows as selected but if I were to change powers it would not come back.

    This is not the only missing power: I am missing all levels of Let It Go. If I change a station that has one of those powers selected then it cannot be selected again.

    I spent a lot of credits getting the tokens to buy multiple levels of these abilities.

    Best Served Cold is also missing.

    Just did a force verify on the game(because of missing skills). Still missing all the new winter event Boff abilities, and have a "Let it go" ensign manual that i can not use because it will not show up for me to train my officer.

    I just attempted to train a BOFF in "Very Cold in Space" and the option to "Learn" the trait, and the trait itself, was not listed in any of the 3 ranks it is offered in. I checked other BOFFS, including ones that were trained in any of these skills, and can confirm ALL of last winters event skills for every rank and department are all missing from the skills section. The ones that still have any of these skills slotted dont even show the skill listed in the skills section for that BOFF.

    Same, cannot train "Let it go". It ain't on the list...

    I can also confirm this bug. It appears that all of the Winter 2019 BOFF skills are no longer showing up on the skill lists. You can still purchase the training manuals and those loadouts already saved are still able to use the skill, but it’s no longer showing on the skill lists for selection.

    I reported to GM and they said looks like a bug

    I only have to say: I have this problem, too. And can confirme all new winter event abilitys have gone, and I can't train from new manuals, at least for me.
