Can not claim pre-bought ships with one character

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I have bought ships with a different characters like the Hestia Class Advanced Escort and Temporal Cruiser [T6] sagittarius Class, Odyssey Operations Cruiser and Galaxy Exploration Cruiser Retrofit and can't claim them with another character.

    Did you buy the cstore or fleet versions and does the buy/claim button give you an excuse as to why you cant buy like No room in inventory or No empty/open ship slots? cstore versions not fleet versions are account wide and if you dont have an open/empy ship slot some ships that dont come in a pack to open dont even show up at the ship vendor.
