100% Coupon missing

Finished the Borg Resurgence mission on Monday & collected the borg weapons but the coupon is no where to be seen. I have checked every one of toons, checked banks/inventory to see if it was there, nothing. Also it doesn't show available to use when I go to the zen store as in previous events.
I have sent screen shots and a lengthy exchange to support as a ticket and...

    I completed the Borg Campaign and my 100% coupon failed to issue as well. I was requested to do the same. I did get all the other rewards and when I looked the coupon was not in inventory or overflow. The only thing I will note is the server disconnected very soon after the campaign was complete so maybe that had something to do with it?

    Have you looked in the Account Reclaim section of the Event tab to see if the token ended up in there?
    I seem to recall something about that somewhere...

    Checked absolutely everywhere with all ALTS...Nothing.
    The kicker for me is that, unlike previous events, the discount coupon option isn't there in the Zen store.

    Hello. I had the same problem as you guys, and was asked to post on here. They also suggested running the event again to see if it would progress, and I'm glad to report that it did. My progress finished and I was finally able to claim my T6 coupon.

    I had tried running it a second time the night it failed to finish in the first place, but it didn't work then. I ran it again tonight after waiting a couple days and it worked.

    I've had this problem as well and was sent here to post a bug report. completed the event mission, received weapons and lost the coupon. checked all characters bags and banks and nothing.will try running the mission again and see what happens, but hopefully they get this bug fixed soon.

    I used some previous event tokens to finish early. Got the event rewards, but also no coupon.

    Try going to the C-Store and select a ship to buy. It should produce an option to buy with token.
