Missing entire loadout

I was switching between my science spearhead T6 and my T6 paradox temporal dreadnought and as it was happening it took me into a task force game. It was a ground task force. When I completed it. Everything on the loadout that was on the temporal paradox dreadnought was now missing. It tells me it's unable to load the loadout. Please help as I have invested a lot of real money into this loadout. Which all the weapons were gold epic level.

Whilst they can't recover your items, they should be able to rollback your character to a date & time before the incident, thus giving you access to all the items again.
