Can't reclaim Winter Event new dreadnaught...

I paid the 950 lobi crystals but the ship is not in the reclaim ship tab of the Event store. Is is somewhere else? I also looked in the winter tab and it is not there either...

    Is it grayed out due to your inventory full or items in your overflow bag? If it is not due to that, then yes this is a bug that needs to be fixed. Thanks. :)
