Torp spread procs "Shield Dissolution" on self.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Firing any torp type with the spread ability procs "Shield Dissolution" from the Disc Space Set on myself. When the proc times out, it procs again on the next spread shot.

    "Dissonance". I meant Shield Dissonance.
