"Tangled webs/Caught in The Web" quest bug

First episode for ToS-Starfleef 5th quest:Tangled webs/Caught in The Web
I can't get the 4th Na'Kuhl boarding party. The quest stays at 3/4.
This is ridiculous, i already have a Romulan stuck on a promote. How am i supposed to play this game,by making a klingon?!?

    It worked on the third time when i just stayed on the centre of the last room.
