[Kelvin Divergence Lock Box] ground kits

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
so I opened a divergence lock box ground kit thinking I would get a engineering kit on my engineering captain to get a [Starfleet Frontier Tactical Kit Mk XII [HP] [KP/Wpn] [KPerf] [Proc] [Regen]] not a problem I thought ill send this to my Tac to find its character bound and I cant put it in my account bank :|
can I please have my key back as it was a total waste :/

p.s tried to submit a in game bug report twice to find I cant and get no report code.

    Same thing here. My SCI got TAC kits. I filed a ticket. Response arrived saying it is a bug and they are passing it up the chain. We have to wait for a fix i guess. Hopefully it will remove the character-bound problem.

    I got the same problem as well, i thought it was going to get fixed in yesterdays patch..

    I have 3 of these that i can't move or use due to being bound to character.

    Any words on a fix for this problem?
