romulan reputation, T5 rewards not given

I have finished the T5 romulan reputation, did the mission in the undergrown caves "signal d'tan", i got the xp, but nor the dilithium and the marks. name of the character: Larel@sennahcherib (rom kdf)

    The reward comes from reaching T5 and performing the T5 Upgrade project.
    The "Signal D'tan" mission is now part of the Episodes in the Journal and doesn't give any rewards other than XP.
