Inactive fleet leaders demoted?

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I run Federation and KDF Armadas. I left a couple of fleets in charge with other players. But their rank was demoted recently and I didn't do it. PSN, Fleet names, The Liquidators and Phoenix Knights. Players and Leadership. @Caedus39, @XXTUKERXX7XX, @Vandrove, @Psychoazreal. As this affects the ability to promote donate.

    Do those fleets have anyone at rank 7 at the moment? If not, then anyone in the fleet can claim leadership by pressing the claim leadership button on the first tab of the fleet area.
