Cannot purchase Mirror Dual Pistols.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I am unable to purchase the Mirror Universe Dual Phaser Pistols in the Phoenix store. I have free inventory slots, an empty overflow bag, and the required phoenix token. I also do not currently own this item. Any assistance would be appreciated, as support has said they cannot directly handle this issue.

    Have you switched maps or instances and seen if that works so you can purchase the item through the Phoenix token? Also, make sure your Passengers and Colonists list of your DOFF roster are not full. Thanks. :)

    I can purchase it on any other character, and both of those lists are not full, although I don't see how that would be relevant.

    i am also having this issue, keeps thinking ive bought them before for some reason even though i haven't, wont let me buy them even though i have the token.

    This issue is still not solved, and support has again said to submit a bug report.
