No "Beam Down" option to Kobali Prime

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I have accepted the mission "Kobali Crisis Act I" (dropped and accepted multiple times in fact) from the Incoming Hails tab of the Mission Journal and have traveled to Kobali Prime, but no "Beam Down" option has come up. I've tried approaching Kobali Prime multiple times. I've logged off and back on. I've dropped the mission and logged off overnight and it still won't come up. Help please?

    On PC the interact is to the right, I don't know what it is for console.

    Sounds like you need to accept and play the short intro mission The Kobali Front, which you'll find in the Delta Quadrant story arc of the Journal.

    Why in the world does it give me the mission before I can do it?? Meh! Trying that now. I'm on "All that Glitters" now anyway. :) Thank you.


    Sorry I took so long to respond, I had been working on a different char and I just got to that area again :)
