Audio emotes not unlocking

I just opened the boxes for all 3 audio emotes and they are still showing as being locked in the emote list.

    Are these emotes account or character unlock?

    Good question. I would assume account unlock but I have not purchased them yet with Lohlunat Favors to know for sure.

    they are bound to character, if you want it on different toons you buy it on that toon


    Laddy, don't you think you should... rephrase that??
