Jem'hadar and the "lost dominion" mission

Hello there.
I seem to have got into a bug on my Jem'Hadar character. He is level 65, I've already completed the mission "Home". When I try to talk directly to Admiral Quinn I don't have the "Lost dominion" arc avaible for me nor I have it in the Avaible tab.
I tried to have a groupmate start it for me but it was greyed out for him when he had me in the group. What am I missing? Are there some other requirements I'm not aware of?

    There is a mission called Galaxy At Large in the episode journal. It is in the Klingon War arc. If you complete that you should then get the handoff for the Lost Dominion arc from Admiral Quinn. Thanks. :)
