Jem'Hadar captain cannot access duty officers from all shuttles and most starship bridges.

I was told to submit a bug report on the website by customer support.

The issue appears to affect most of my ships, and all my shuttles on this character. I do not receive any error message. The console that usually lights up on my other characters and gives the contact duty officer press A option is not lit up. I can still access library files, account bank and select a shuttle. I can also adjust trophies, visit the trader talk to Holo Leeta , and access the exchange on the ships that allow those options.
Here is the list of the ships that I have personally been inside of to see if i can access the duty officers.

The following ships appear broken for this character, the console does not light up and I do not get the option to contact duty officers by pressing A. Jem'hadar fighter, To'Duj Fighter, Toron Shuttle, Naj'sov research vessel, M'chla pilot raider, Kor Bird-of-Prey, Ketha recon raptor, science pilot raptor, Lethean Nemosin Pilot Escort, Breen Plesh Tral Heavy Raider, Ferengi Nandi Warship, Temporal Raider,Martok Tactical Battlecruiser, Cardassian Intel Science Dreadnought, Cardassian Intel Escort, Cardassian Intel Flight-Deck Cruiser.

These few ships seem to work correctly. The Vorgon Xyfius Heavy Escort works correctly, as do the Vulcan T'pau Scout ship, the Fek'Ihri S'Torr warship, Denorios-class Bajoran Interceptor,and the Jem'hadar Vanguard Carrier. I can also talk to operations and the counselor in the Carrier.

Also you should know that it was not always this way with this character. When I first started him I had access to all of these functions in all the ships and shuttles as far as i can tell. This has been going on for months however and I would like to get the problem resolved if it is possible.

Also this is not all the ships I have, most of them are in dry dock at the moment and so did not get a visit from me, I can visit some of them if you need more information.
