I have all my reputations well on their way to tier 6. Yet all I get are tier 4 equipment, usually in blue. These often very between MK XI & XII.
Is worthless items all you normally get from reputation packs?

    The stuff from the rep reward boxes goes to the vendor. It sells for 5-15k EC, depending on what item is in the box. I see it as a side income.

    Yeah most of the time it's just that, though I consider it more a discount for the projects then actual income as typically you get less EC from vendoring the items then you spend on the projects.

    That said I've sometimes used the items I get from the box if I'm going for a specific themebuild.

    That said the stuff you get from the boxes is upgradeble so it's not 100% worthless.
