Khan costume for trying ARC

I got the welcome email and I have gone to the tailor but I don't see the uniform listed in the off duty section. Please help

    I'm not 100% sure, but i think it was a limited time promotion that they never took the email off of.

    Isn't Khan from the ARC e-mail promo in the Uniform Section?
    I am using the parts for my Ferasan's uniform and for one of my BOFFs.

    Would be nice if it was an account unlock, I have it on a couple toons but don't want to reinstall that bloatware just to get it on my Delta and TOS toons

    Just tried it on my AoY character, the first outfit slot is locked to uniform, as a result the only part of the Khan outfit you can use in that slot is the hair, you need to use an empty costume slot to get access to the outfit.​​

    Its also under the Bare Chest category for the top.

    I got the mail in game too and cannot find it anywhere under the off duty uniforms. This is highly annoying

    Hi,

    When I tried Arc a few months ago I got the message too. I've noticed the Khan hair showing up in the tailor, but I haven't really looked around for any of the other parts. Have you gotten the hair unlocked?

    check the off duty category any uniform slot after the first one, for those that may not know that part. The hood including the face plate is under the head and hats section.

    You need to go into the c-store and grab it from the promotions tab...
