'In Shadows' Accolade Broken

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Under 'Story Accolades' the 'In Shadows' accolade, meant to be given for completing the "In Shadows" episode, requires all the missions of that episode, and another mission from a completely separate episode, "Temporal Ambassador". This means that even after completing the "In Shadows" episode, you don't get the accolade.

    Yeah and if your character is a delta Recruit you can’t get reward till you get temporal Ambassador

    It's not a massive issue overall, because Delta Recruits need info from Temporal Ambassador anyway, so the accolade will unlock when it's played.
    Still, something needs fixed rather than just left alone...
