Unable to reclaim Legacy of Romulus Starter Pack on New Roms

I am unable to claim the Legacy of Romulus Starter Pack on any new Rom captains since the entire 'transaction is processing' bug. It is showing as purchased on older toons but showing a purchase price on newer ones.

I've tried the bug and customer support options and both of them get stuck in the 'send screen shots' etc loop.

    did you try a ticket on the website ?
    there you can add your screenshots and it works well when i do it

    My Legacy of Romulus Starter Pack shows "Purchased" on my old Romulan toons, and 2000 Zen on any other toon - including new Romulans - I thought it was account unlock?

    Submitted a ticked about it from Arcgames webpage - will see if I get answer and which one it will be: a bug or a feature…

    After some help from Game Master (I think), I noticed, that the Pack switched from "Account Unlock claimable once per character" to "separate purchases on each character" - the issue was forwarded to other team (developers or patchers?), and - propably - will be fixed in some future patch.
