Can't reclaim pack and bundle

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Here is some kind of bug, almost two weeks i can't reclaim gamma vanguard, 31 and cardassian intell bundle on my new characters, it's says that: " a previous transaction is still running".

    having the same issue since jan 18, support latest information is that devs are working on it and are looking to get it fixed with the feb 21 patch.
