Character Stuck Warping out

Stuck Warping out and cant do anything ....just keeps warping and looping back

The second I complete the first tutorial mission for rewards which unlocks your first basic gear and transwarp. I am doomed
After you complete tutorial and accept mission rewards it instantly makes your ship enter a transwarp cutscene showing your ship start to transwarp.
But it does this for 6 hours straight it never ends. Even logging out for 1 hour did nothing I logged out for 8 hours tried to login again and ship instantly started the transwarp cutscene not allowing me to do anything but watch helplessly as it looped for hours on end.
You cant even type or load any GUI as when this transwarp scene is playing all user input and GUI is blocked.
I even deleted character made new one and they just ended up with exact same issue. Were you ever able to resolve this ???
I think its something to do with the new classes cause I never had this issue with any other class after tutorial completes.

This is exactly what happens yes and yea I figured it was not just me seeing this thread here and I could notice about 20-30 other player ships around me having exact same issue lol.
It happens right after you collect the first mission rewards that gets you to lvl 2. You complete the mission and it instantly makes your ship warp and once this happens it never stops or ends it goes on for hours and days.
The ship transwarp scene starts in game thus does not allow player to give any input or load any GUI they cant do anything but CTRL/ALT/DEL out of the game at this point, Unless they want to watch a looping cutscene of thier ship transwarping for hours and days on end.
I gave it a name -

Yes this is exactly what happens, As soon as you use the new class and complete first part of space tutorial in which you collect your first basic rewards to get to lvl 2. The instant you complete this mission your ship starts to transwarp automatically and never stops.
The transwarp scene plays in game showing yor ship transwarp and blocks all player input and GUI as it normally does. But because this transwarp is in some kind of never ending loop thats all you get.
You just get a in game scene showing your ship transwarp for hours and days on end non stop blocking all GUI and input.
Only way to continue is to CTRL/ALT/DEL
I have made new toons logged out for hours on end and just ends up happening again.
I have other characters got to 10+ no problem but cant get any new class character past main tutorial cause of this bug.

I started a new character last night in the DSC expansion and the exact same thing happened to me. My new character is now stuck in an animation loop (transwarp to Corvan) at the very beginning of the "Children of War" mission. I've tried restarting the game (it loads automatically to the warp animation), deleting the character and starting over, and even let the animation play out (it continued for 30 minutes) but I am still stuck in the same spot. I haven't even been able to collect my rewards from "The Shadow Knows" because the absolute second my rewards screens pop up, the animation begins and starts looping. I checked my other characters and they are absolutely fine. This seems to be a DSC exclusive.
Weird thing is sometimes I'll see 4 or 5 of my ship on the screen at the same exact time all going to warp one after the other rapidly ... it doesn't give you any way of stopping except force close.

In my case is this problem fix with Star Trek Discovery. After end Tutorial, when ship start warp engine (video playing) game freeze at start circle video. Ship start again, and again, ect..

For character Star Trek Discovery cycling video at circle which never ending, issue is still not repair.
