gamma recruit transponder specialization task bugged

I've been chipping away at the specialization task for the gamma recruit transponder event thingy, tier 5, spend 90 specialization points in any of the listed specializations.

I have spent 108 points total: command 30, constable 15, intel 30, pilot 30, strategist 3.

the reward will NOT unlock. at all.
Murphy's laws:
1- Murphy’s Law tells us that anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
2- And anything that does go wrong will get progressively worse.
3- And if you survive the first two laws it’s time to panic.

    Hello @xraiderv1 , The free specialization points auto-applied to the command and intel trees do not count towards the 90 for the reward. Did you start as a Jem'Hadar Vanguard Science specialist or a regular Jem'hadar Science specialist?
