CtD/Fatal Error when i join the tholian Red Alert

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
As soon as the mission is supposed to start my game crashes and i get a message:

Fatal Error: Failed to load data for map: einther the data does not exist on disk (failed to patch) or the crc or version number of the data on the disk does not match what the code is expecting

Technical details: map
"Maps/Deep_Space/Deepspace:Rom:Tho:Fs004/Deepspace_Rom_Tho_FS004.Zone"

    I don't know what causes this, and am not of support stuff,

    But try: (on client -> options)
    untick "Patch on Demand" to be OFF
    tick "Force verify".
    Save as applicable.

    It will start verification and possibly patching process.
    When done, press Engage to start the game.

    Having the same issue along with another teammate.

    The above steps will solve that.
