Unable to buy z store ships

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I am unable to buy the Tellorite* or the Europa class ships. I have enough zen and I am in the correct faction. It says item is unavailable at this time. I was able to buy a single lock box keys ( just to make sure the Z store wasn't down ) and that worked. I tried it on my alts as well. No one in my armada seems to be having this problem.

    maale01, what level is your character and on what faction? Finally, in what time period are you in? Specifics would greatly help your case.

    My Character lvl 65 and has finished all missions. Federation faction.

    When you are trying to purchase the ships are you in space or on ground? Also, is your inventory full or is anything in the overflow bag?

    I am on Earth space dock. Nothing in overflow bag. I was asking my armada about it and while going threw the Z store we noticed that some items were missing completely. For example several of the cross faction bundles are missing. The Tellarite carrier I am trying to buy is part of a bundle pack. That pack IS NOT listed under cross faction bundle. Also it is worth bringing up the fact the error message appears several times and is sometimes is German. I changed my password and did a full uninstall and reinstall. It did not help. I am still missing bundle packs and cannot buy ships.

    When looking for the bundle be sure to click the "all" tab (if there is one).

    Also, bundles, some bundles, but not all, will not let you purchase the bundle if you already own one of the items included in the bundle, something they really need to change as I guarantee it is losing them a lot of revenue.

    Inability to purchase a ship can be caused by a few things. If the ship drops into your inventory as box when purchased and your inventory is full it will not let you purchase it, although in that case it usually tells you that you can't purchase it because your inventory is full, having items still in your overflow even though you have cleared space in your inventory can also cause you to not be able to purchase although I have no idea what the system will tell you in that situation as I always clear out my overflow so I myself have never had that problem.

    If the ship, when purchased, goes straight into your ship roster instead of a box in your inventory and you have no empty active ship slots then it will not let you purchase the ship. Usually it will tell you that you have to make room for it and won't even let you try to claim it but not always and you will get a "unable to complete transaction at this time" message, or a variation of that. I've seen a few totally different messages pop up, even though the "problem" hasn't changed.

    What I have seen first hand deals with claiming and not purchasing, all in the last few days as I've had a few toons hit lvl 52 due to the XP boost and have a decent number of ships I've tried to claim for admiralty but having seen numerous posts over the years about it the symptoms are the same either way. That's also how I know it gives you different messages even when it's the exact same problem.

    It would be nice if they could program the system to actually tell you why it won't let you do something, heck, even just giving the exact same message for a specific problem instead of different seemingly random ones would help, at least then us players could create a list of messages and what each one actually means..

    Ok I was able to buy the Europa*. My ship slots were full. Shame on me! However the Cross Faction Flight Deck Assault Cruiser Bundle is still missing. I have looked under all tabs.
    I took a picture can I not up load it to show you guys?

    Problem has been solved. Turned out I had a ship from the bundle pack which removes the bundle option. Thank you.
