Cannot claim Captain Retrain Tokens or Fleet Ship Modules after claiming Tier VI reputations

Ok, if this is in the wrong thread, I apologize.
I claimed my Tier VI reputations on all but the Gamma rep ( it will be done tomorrow). I have the (annoying) social zone display ( which also works in ground TFOs ), and still testing the ability upgrades. The big issues are I cannot seem to claim my fleet ship modules or my captain retrain tokens. Anyone else have this issue / workaround?

    Hmm, silence is golden, and duct tape is silver. I have ticket(s) in on this issue, but no responses from support. Now I have all reps to Tier VI, and still no retrain tokens or fleet ship modules, just the light polluting "social zone display". :P

    To get the Fleet Ship Module or Retrain Token, you have to activate a non-repeatable project within that Reputation. It should be near the top of the list when you click in the "Select Active Project" area of the Reputation tab of the 'U' menu.

    Thanks. The projects did not appear until yesterday afternoon.
